Ulf Kristersson has condemned the activists who followed Carl-Oskar Bohlin. However, SD leader Richard Jomshof believes this is insufficient.

Carl-Oskar Bohlin, the Minister for Civil Defense, was pursued by a large number of pro-Palestinian demonstrators on Monday evening after leaving the parliament.

Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson criticized the actions and addressed the Palestinian activists in Stockholm directly.

"Sweden is a democracy, and you are welcome to express your opinion on the Middle East. But stop threatening Swedish politicians immediately. I now expect all parties and party leaders to immediately distance themselves from the mob behavior that Carl-Oskar Bohlin was subjected to tonight," Kristersson wrote on X.

Jomshof: Ensure the Police Do Their Job

Sweden Democrat MP Richard Jomshof, however, directly addressed the Prime Minister in a post on the same platform.

"It is naturally not enough to just shake a fist, distance oneself, and ask them to behave. That time is over. Talk to your national police chief, ensure the police do their job; gather the rabble and drive them away from the parliament," Jomshof wrote.

He also demands harsher consequences for the activists.

"Sweden should not be a playground for various immigrant extremist groups. We do not want, and should not have, their conflicts here. It's time to start deporting these groups," Jomshof wrote on X.
