Crown Princess Victoria and her family appear to have enjoyed an idyllic summer.

Now, they have shared glimpses of their summer through a photo slideshow on the Royal House's Instagram account, set to the tune of Cornelis Vreeswijk's 'Sommarkort'.

Prince Oscar, 9, seems to have enjoyed activities like collecting eggs and swimming. In another photo, he stands with his older sister, Princess Estelle, 13, on a rock in the archipelago.

Also featured in several photos is the family's four-legged member, the cavapoo Rio, who has turned five years old.

Love also seems to blossom between the married couple, as one of the photos shows them close together on a country road.

Greetings from Followers

Among the photos is also an image of Borgholm Castle ruins, an unsurprising vacation spot as the royal family spends much time on Öland during the summer—both during Victoria Days and at their own summer paradise—Solliden Palace.

The slideshow has been met with many heartfelt greetings. 'Fantastic beautiful pictures of the lovely family,' writes one person, and 'Thank you for sharing your summer with us,' writes another.
