On Wednesday, at Torsbergsgymnasiet in Bollnäs, the 17-year-old was suddenly struck by a medical emergency, according to the newspaper Ljusnan. School staff with medical training immediately intervened, initiating CPR.
Shortly thereafter, emergency services arrived, but the boy's life could not be saved.
Classmates' Grief
Classmates are struggling to comprehend what has happened. In an emotional Instagram post, they write:
