Participating in the press conference are Energy and Business Minister Ebba Busch (KD), Finance Minister Elisabeth Svantesson (M), Labor Market Minister Johan Britz (L), and Tobias Andersson (SD), Chairman of the Business Committee.
On Tuesday, SVT reported on the proposal to reduce employer contributions, which will temporarily apply from April next year through 2027. This plan was outlined in a list of bills that the parliament will consider in the future.
The cost of the reduced employer contributions is expected to be six billion kronor in 2026, according to SVT. A similar measure was implemented during the pandemic.
