One of Prince Carl Philip's companies has been fined 5,000 SEK for not submitting its annual report on time.

In mid-June, Bernadotte & Kylberg Retail AB received a reminder from the Swedish Companies Registration Office to submit the 2024 annual report, with a warning of a late fee.

When the report was not submitted by the end of July, it was decided that the company would pay a late fee, with a threat of further penalties if the report was not submitted by October 9.

Million Profit in Sister Company

Bernadotte & Kylberg Retail AB was founded in the summer of 2023 by Prince Carl Philip and colleague Oscar Kylberg, who already run the design company Bernadotte & Kylberg AB together.

The latter reported a profit of 3.1 million SEK last year, as previously reported by Expressen.

Bernadotte & Kylberg AB increased its turnover by 440 percent in 2024, after reporting losses of 2.4 million SEK in 2023.

Both Bernadotte & Kylberg AB and its sister company Bernadotte & Kylberg Retail AB are engaged in the design of clothing, ceramic and glass products, household and decorative items, graphic design, photography, and related activities.

Expressen is seeking comments from Bernadotte & Kylberg.
