A humorous typo in a push notification from P4 Jönköping, mistakenly sent as 'P4 Könköping', caught listeners' attention more than the actual news about a tram image on a Portuguese cookie package. The error was attributed to a simple keyboard slip, as explained by Therese Edin, the acting responsible publisher.

P4 Jönköping's Typo Turns Heads: 'P4 Könköping' Push Notification
P4 Jönköping Becomes P4 Könköping
P4 Könköping. Sveriges Radio sent out a push notification with an unexpected sender on Thursday morning. – We reacted just like everyone else: 'Oh no,' says Therese Edin, acting responsible publisher.
At 07:02 on Thursday, a push notification from P4 Jönköping was sent about the strong reactions to a tram depicted on a Portuguese cookie package.
But it might have been the sender rather than the news that made listeners choke on their coffee.
P4 Jönköping had become P4 Könköping.
P4's stations manually enter the sender when they send pushes, says Therese Edin, day editor and acting responsible publisher at P4 Jönköping.
– We have routines. We always double-check, but a mistake was made.
In this case, it was a careless error, according to her.
– It's unfortunate that J and K are so close to each other on the keyboard.
