Nabil Bahoui Nears Contract Extension with BP

BP and Nabil Bahoui appear to be heading towards a contract extension. According to reports from Expressen, Bahoui is only a few details away from extending his contract with the club for the rest of the season, with an official announcement expected within a week.

Nabil Bahoui's contract with BP is set to expire at the end of June. Just over a month ago, the 34-year-old expressed his desire to stay with the club when speaking to Expressen.

– I have a great relationship with Philip (Berglund, the sports director) so we know where we stand with each other. We will probably sit down and talk, the forward explained at the time.

According to Expressen's information, Bahoui is only a few details away from extending with BP, with the new contract running through the season with the Stockholm club.

Unless something unforeseen occurs soon, the extension is expected to become official shortly – and already this weekend, BP is set for the Allsvenskan restart.

The team will face Degerfors away in an important match. So far, Nabil Bahoui has played eight matches in the Allsvenskan in the red and black jersey.
