A seven-day-old baby in a stroller disappeared from their guardian around 5 PM during a walk in Trollhättan. The baby was reported missing, and a large search operation was launched.
"We have a major ongoing operation working on this," said police spokesperson Christian Brattgård.
The police initiated a preliminary investigation into suspected abduction.
At 6:45 PM, the police announced that the baby was found in the vicinity by a police patrol and appears to be in good condition upon initial assessment. An ambulance has been called for a medical evaluation, and the guardian has been informed.
