Justice Minister Gunnar Strömmer's Mysterious Facebook Post Sparks Reactions

"G p ge e fd c you t c my". This is the message from Justice Minister Gunnar Strömmer (M) in a Facebook post.

Sweden's Justice Minister Gunnar Strömmer is currently working on implementing new reforms to combat serious crime in Sweden.

Like everyone else, he needs a break now and then, and perhaps scrolls through social media occasionally.

It seems he did just that on Tuesday afternoon, posting on his Facebook with a somewhat unclear message.

"G p ge e fd c you t c my" he writes in the post. Something that quickly sparked reactions among his followers.

Rural Minister: "Cheers!"

Former party colleague Sven Otto Littorin responded to Strömmer:

"Voting requested and to be executed!"

Former KD profile Johan Ingerö was also quick to comment.

"Partially agree, but I think rather G p gd e fd c you t q my."

Liberal Joar Forssell also writes that the Liberals are on board with the proposal.

"It is a new investigation's proposal for a grading scale for high school."

Rural Minister Peter Kullgren (KD) sent an emoji with two beer glasses and wrote "Cheers!" under Strömmer's post.

Fredrick Federley (C) says "Here we agree!".

Strömmer's Response: "I'm happy to share that"

About an hour after the post was made, Gunnar Strömmer commented on the incident in a text message to Expressen:

"I can confirm that this was not a coordinated political stance in the government. No, joking aside, it was a regular pocket typing that amused many, and I'm happy to share that."
