On Monday, Zelenskyy will travel to Washington DC to meet with Trump, accompanied by several European leaders.
Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, announced on X that she and other European leaders will be present at the White House following a request from Zelenskyy.
Finland's President Alexander Stubb will also attend, as confirmed by the presidential office on X.
Germany's Chancellor Friedrich Merz is also expected to be present at the meeting, according to the German government.
According to Politico, Stubb's participation aims to "prevent potential conflicts between Trump and Zelenskyy" and to persuade Trump to include Europe in any future discussions.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte may also travel to Washington DC, according to Politico's sources.
Sweden's Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson will not be traveling to Washington. However, he will participate in a digital summit with several European leaders on Sunday, as stated by his staff.
