On Tuesday, it was announced that TV experts Bojan Djordjic and Saga Fredriksson will miss this summer's European Championship.

The Viaplay duo had become parents, as revealed by the company's sports director Erik Westberg to Expressen.

– Saga and Bojan are happy parents and therefore will enjoy well-deserved parental leave this summer, he said.

Now, the couple is showcasing their newborn joy on Instagram.

Shared Their Love Story: 'The Best Thing That Happened'

Djordjic and Fredriksson went public with their relationship a year ago.

– It's the best thing that has happened to me. It has brought me a whole new sense of calm. She is very intelligent, very calm. She is strong-willed and very stable and determined in her mindset. She doesn't waver and knows where she's headed. Nothing can stop her, Djordjic told Expressen.

In Viaplay's European Championship team, the couple will be replaced by, among others, federation official Kirsten van de Ven.

The European Football Championship in Switzerland begins on July 2. Sweden will play its opening match against Denmark two days later.
