A Berlin resident scooped 1,318,800,000 SEK on the Eurojackpot on Tuesday evening, reports RBB24. This is the highest possible jackpot one can win in the lottery. Two Swedes became millionaires during the draw, writes Svenska Spel.

With the winning numbers 7, 8, 31, 32, 33, and the two Euro numbers 10 and 11, a player hit the jackpot after twelve draws without a top prize. The jackpot was a staggering 1,318,800,000 SEK.

The winner resides in Germany's capital, Berlin.

This is the second time the highest possible Eurojackpot has gone to Berlin. The last time this happened was three years ago.

“It's Absolutely Crazy”

Two Swedish players in Flens municipality and Bro managed to get five correct numbers in the draw, winning 1,822,913 SEK each.

– It's always a pleasure to distribute these wonderful high prizes. Eurojackpot repeatedly shows that even wins outside the jackpot level can be life-changing, says Sofie Hodén, spokesperson at Svenska Spel Tur, in a press release.

Earlier this month, a Swedish player in Ronneby won over 3.6 million SEK.

– It's absolutely crazy! Unbelievable! It's fantastic fun, says the winner according to Blekinge Läns Tidning.

He plans to spend the money on “sharing with family, perhaps retiring a bit earlier, traveling to sun and beach destinations, and indulging in some extra everyday luxury.”
